As a Security Professional - Chemical Site Patrol in Parlin, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more .
As an unarmed patrol officer at this chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. This primarily driving post involves conducting routine patrols and providing exceptional customer service and communication. You will contribute to a secure environment by responding to situations as they arise, working collaboratively with others, and upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity.

Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the chemical or petrochemical location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any security-related incidents.
Monitor for unusual activity or potential hazards specific to chemical or petrochemical environments and report findings according to site protocols.
Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the location.
Document and communicate any security-related incidents or concerns to the appropriate personnel as required by site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with AU Driver Policy requirements.
Possession of a Guard Card or security license is preferred.
Experience in primarily driving posts is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
