Allied Universal is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to perform full life cycle corporate recruiting for all levels of the Corporate Headquarters including but not limited to Accounting and Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, IT, Shared Services, Sales, Operational Leadership, Human Resources and Strategy. The Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager acts as a trusted adviser to hiring managers and executive leadership. The position is based in Conshohocken, PA with flexibility to have a hybrid schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing and Pipeline Management -Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, resume search tools, boolean logic and a proactive mindset to accelerate talent pipeline development

  • Hiring Manager Engagement- Partner with leadership throughout the life cycle of an opening from calibration discussion, ongoing communication about the talent pipeline, trends, challenges, recommendations, team feedback and advisement throughout the offer process

  • World Class, Outstanding Candidate Experience - Ensure high engagement and communication from first outreach to new hire start date. Manage all aspects of candidate selection process to ensure quality, compliance, engagement and inspire confidence in company brand and opportunity.

  • Interviewing Skills: Conduct professional interviews with candidates at all levels of the organization. Prepare and maintain proper interview notes and assessments of a candidate's performance profile

  • Recruitment Counsel as Talent Adviser- Train and coach leadership on recruiting and interview trends, techniques and best practices. This may include job description review, creative advertising techniques, interview guides, leading a panel interview process and obtaining referrals through local professional networking activity

  • Metrics and Reporting - Create, edit and maintain accurate and meaningful recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness of sourcing strategy and time in process

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree plus at least five years of full life cycle, exempt level recruiting experience. A blend of agency and corporate recruiting experience is preferred. In addition, we seek the following:

  • Expert level knowledge leading full cycle recruiting for Exempt and Non- Exempt Positions with a national scope. Includes sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, determining legal parameters, job analysis, wage and salary trends, diversity and inclusion, relationship management and due diligence

  • Inquisitive, high energy, proactive mindset that will excel at selling Allied Universal's mission, vision and values

  • Ability to use knowledge of search engine syntax to source candidates through social media, employee lists from the competitive landscape, on-line networking and data-mining

  • Strong ethical standards to represent Allied Universal's Core Values

  • Extensive experience with ATS, preferably iCIMS

  • Excellent initiative and solid judgment skills to provide coaching, candidate management and influence

  • Polished written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clear direction and expectations. Modify messaging based on audience (executive, team, candidate etc.)

  • A passion for the collaborative consultative relationship with Hiring Managers.

  • High service delivery with consistent and constant communication. This is critical for the full life cycle, high engagement process

  • Dedicated effort to the candidate experience. Comfort with recruiting passive job seekers and sharing the value of joining the organization. High touch candidate management is key for each opening.

  • Engage all candidates to effectively represent the company and its opportunities as a world class organization

  • Enjoys coaching and training while also has the ability to work independently to manage a desk of open and pipeline searches.

  • Thrives on accountability for individual performance and the performance of the team in an collaborative team environment with shared responsibilities and accountability

  • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

  • Must be able to quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs, beating competitors, and operating within financial resource constraints

  • Ability to create, edit and manage data from ATS and other resources to analyze and report trends and make recommendations
