HYBRID Position in Jupiter, Florida: Remote Work possible after successfully completing 3 months in office training!

Starting Rate at $17.00 per hour, with increased rate for bilingual french speaking representatives of $18.00 per hour

MUST HAVE A MIMIMUM OF 1 YEAR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide direct support or guidance toward to resolution

  • Tackle a variety of problems in technical systems with skill and accuracy

  • Create cases for all calls and emails received, enter the history of the problem, all steps taken, and subsequent resolution if resolved at the Help Desk or escalate to appropriate next level

  • Speaking to customers professionally and with knowledge of the issues at hand.

  • Ensuring that department metrics are met along with personal metrics set.

  • Ability to navigate various tabs on a computer at one time.

  • Enthusiastic about delivering a great customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • The work history must demonstrate each of the following:

  • Strong understanding of customer service and customer relations

  • Highly motivated and with a strong desire to learn

  • Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making

  • Strong communication skills
